Put our smartphone down for designated periods of time each day

So we can focus on what really matters!

Some disturbing stats:

❌ A visible phone decreases our memory capacity, ability to process data, general intelligence and the depth of the interaction in a social setting.

❌ A typical smartphone user interacts with their phone around 85 times per day. Studies link it to hand, neck, and back issues, anxiety, depression, disrupted sleep, diminished attention span, antisocial behavior, decreased empathy.

Tips to make a smartphone less of a distraction:

☑ Set a usage schedule.

☑ Put it out of sight so it’s out of mind (not turning it on silent or face down).

☑ Ban smartphones from certain activities (going to the gym, movie theater, eating, etc.)
