Here are some tips for you to handle stress

I feel fatigued every time I open my eyes in the morning.

People say “be thankful for every new day”

But I can only feel stressful and anxious.

So many things have to be done

I don’t know where to start.

I’m unable to concentrate or irritable for no good reason.

When I almost finish a task

Another one comes.

I try to be positive

But it gets more and more difficult.

From work to family and relationship

There are tons of issue to solve and decision to make.

So much that I can hardly sleep at night.

Study shows that no matter if it comes from major events or minor daily problems

Chronic stress can lead to early death from heart disease, cancer, and other health issues.

I can’t keep it this way any longer.

So I make a prescription for myself to handle stress:

⚡ Control my thinking

Eliminate as many negative thoughts as possible.

Keep saying to myself “It will soon get better” and “I can do this”.

⚡ Do exercise

30 minutes of moderate aerobic activity every day is enough regarding stress relief and antidepressant effect.

⚡ Practice meditation

Be aware of my own breathing.

Take a deep breath and empty my brain for a moment when things start to get overwhelmed.

⚡ Alcohol or smoking is never a solution
